ABOUT US
Layers is a bakery and deli in Amsterdam, founded by French pastry chef Alexandre Scour. Everything is made in-house, layer by layer, with care and passion. In the mornings we bake buttery croissants, pastries and viennoiserie in our open pastry lab upstairs.
In the afternoons our deli downstairs serves fresh sandwiches, prepared with the same dedication to quality and detail. To complement our food, we serve specialty coffee, matcha and signature drinks. Whether you sit outside in lively De Pijp or inside our bright, modern space, Layers is a place to pause, enjoy and share.
